Delivery

Standard delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.99 per order. Express delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £4.99 per order. Both services are available to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, including the Scottish Highlands and islands. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or destinations outside Great Britain.

Dispatch and delivery times

We dispatch from our UK warehouse within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch to most addresses. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch. These are delivery aims, not guaranteed delivery dates. Some remote and island postcodes take longer and do not have a delivery-time target. Allow for both our dispatch time and the carrier's transit time.

Tracking

We email your tracking details when your parcel has been dispatched. Please check your delivery address and email address carefully before paying.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email hello@getrerise.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
