Our product

RERISE Lemon & Lime electrolyte powder is a food supplement with sweetener. Each box contains 20 individual 5.4 g sachets; net contents 108 g. Read the full ingredient list, directions, storage instructions and warnings before purchase and use. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total, including delivery and any applicable tax, is displayed before you pay. Orders are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is taken when you place your order.

When your order is accepted

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when payment is successful and we send your order-confirmation email. Please check that email and contact us promptly if any detail is incorrect. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods and any delivery charge that is no longer due.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and estimated times are set out in our Delivery policy and at checkout. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Contact us if a delivery is late or missing; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellation, returns and our first-box promise

Our Returns and cancellation policy explains your cancellation rights, return costs and refund arrangements. Our approved 30-day first-box promise is additional to those rights. Its first-order and one-box limits do not restrict your statutory rights.

Email hello@getrerise.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not affect the consumer protections that apply where you live in the United Kingdom.
